Description
The Zoll E Series Defibrillators are designed for use in EMS (Emergency Medical Services) environments and are available both as new units and professionally refurbished. These defibrillators offer a range of features to support critical care and documentation in emergency situations.
Key Features:
- Flexible Patient Connection: 3-lead, 5-lead, or 12-lead ECG cable, paddles, or MFE (Multi-Function Electrode) pads. These options can be selected via a front panel switch based on the specific needs of the patient.
- Real-Time Chest Compressions Monitoring: The defibrillator measures chest compressions in real-time, including rate and depth, and provides visual and optional audible feedback. All CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) data can be recorded and reviewed.
- CPR Artifact Filtering: A unique feature allows CPR artifact to be filtered, enabling healthcare providers to see organized rhythms without pausing compressions. This helps maintain effective chest compressions during resuscitation efforts.
- Rugged Roll Cage Design: The E Series features an innovative roll cage design and shape, making it rugged and suitable for use in challenging EMS environments.
- Screen Visibility: The screen is designed to be usable in pitch darkness or direct sunlight, ensuring clear visibility of vital information in various lighting conditions.
- CO Poisoning Diagnosis: The defibrillator can easily and accurately diagnose carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning with the push of a button. It also supports plug-and-play EtCO2 End-Tidal CO2) options.
- GPS Clock: The built-in GPS clock allows users to synchronize dispatch, defibrillator, and intervention call times, improving overall data accuracy in EMS operations.
- Battery Compatibility: The device is compatible with ZOLL’s sealed lead-acid 4410 Smart Battery as well as rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, ensuring reliable power options.
- Bluetooth Functionality: Integrated optional Bluetooth functionality provides data transmission capability to a variety of destinations, facilitating data transfer and communication.
- Rectilinear Biphasic Waveform: The defibrillator utilizes ZOLL’s proprietary Rectilinear Biphasic waveform, which is FDA-cleared and claimed to be superior to monophasic waveforms for the conversion of ventricular fibrillation in high impedance patients.
